Do I Really Have to Do Something?

In short, no. Serious relaxation is the primary activity at Sandcastle, either in hammocks or chaises.

However, with our beautiful white sand beaches, clear turquoise water and stunning snorkeling reef, we offer many activities should you need to relax a bit more "actively." In addition to swimming and snorkeling (equipment provided at no extra charge), our guests may use one of our kayaks whenever they wish. Trips to the "Bubbly Pool" (be sure to ask about it!) are highly encouraged. Our staff will gladly arrange for you to spend some time there and even pack a picnic for your trip. Meanwhile, for those interested in exploring other islands, the St. John/St Thomas ferry runs daily except Thursdays.

Finally, with prior notification and subject to availability, the following activities may also be arranged:

• Day sailing among the U.S. and British Virgin Islands
• Sport fishing & fly fishing
• Guided hikes or nature walks
• Day trips to other islands
• Power boat rentals
• Jeep rentals
• Day trip to the Baths of Virgin Gorda
